Limitra App Block uses the accessibility service only to learn the package name of the foreground app; it does not read or store screen content, messages, passwords or keystrokes. Android 7.0 (API 24) and above. On Xiaomi, Huawei and some Samsung devices the manufacturer's aggressive battery manager can kill background services, so the app asks you to remove battery restrictions and allow auto-start during setup.

Limitra App Block is not a device administrator; a determined user can uninstall it. The goal is not an unbreakable cage but making the in-the-moment negotiation harder. Rolling the device clock back to trigger a daily reset is blocked: the app cross-checks the monotonic clock, wall clock and boot time and applies a 22-hour lockout when it detects clock manipulation.

Limits reset every day at midnight in the device's local time. Time zone changes are handled correctly since version 1.2.0.
