Ontario Implements Mandatory School Cellphone Restrictions and Province-Wide Social Media Ban on School Networks

In Canada's most populous province, home to over two million students, the Ontario Ministry of Education has enacted binding updates to Policy/Program Memorandum No. 128 (PPM 128).
